Changing Water Radiator Honda Vario

Vario already have the radiator as the engine coolant

As a water-cooled engine radiator vario certainly need care, one of which was the replacement of the water radiator. The way his replacement was fairly easy, can be done at home. Tool we need is quite simple:

     Key T 8 mm
     Key L 8 mm
     tray

Before unloaded make sure the temperature of the engine is cold. The following sequence of demolition:
1 Open the radiator cover.
Cover 3 is fastened bolts 6 mm, 8 mm using the T key to open it

2 Open the drain bolt.
Use the key to open the L 8 mm bolt this. Rotated counter-clockwise. Previously prepared first tray to hold water radiator former

3 After the water drained the radiator cap back sinkhole.
It should be noted here for the tightening torque to taste because of the plastic material so prone to fracture.

4 Pour the radiator coolant through the radiator until the hole is full.
Fill the radiator water that has been provided. Keep in mind, the radiator should be pure distilled water or better use of coolant.

5 Close the radiator back filling hole.
Once filled with the flat and make sure the meeting is closed so that no water is spurting radiator.

6 Check the radiator coolant volume.
How to start the engine about 5 to 10 minutes. If it does not go down, then it's filled to the machine. Then it fills up the tube (reservoir) through a hole located under the seat.
7 Re-assemble the radiator cover.
