How to Clean Carburetor

Engine could be halting of its spark or fuel. If his problem plugs, new engine at high rpm halting. If its problems of the fuel, the engine faltered from medium to peak rpm. This problem could be fuel there is dirt in the carburetor or fuel used substandard quality. Here's how to clean the carburetor of impurities that interfere with the carburetor work.

1 Remove the carburetor from its holder.
Remove the carburetor from the manifold / holder.

2 Open and clean the carburetor bowl.
Open the carburetor bowl and see precipitate formed or no contamination of water in the bowl. Clean using a brush and rinse with gasoline again in order to become bowl clean.
 
3 Remove the pilot jet and clean.
Remove the pilot jet and clean it by blowing a hole with a vengeance. (using compressor).
4 Remove the main jet and clean.
Remove the main jet and clean it by blowing a hole with a vengeance. (using compressor)

5. Remove the needle jet and clean.
Remove the needle jet and clean it by blowing a hole with a vengeance. Clean the carburetor body and blow holes on the muzzle carburetor so no dirt clogging the air flow. (using compressor)

6 Re-assemble and attach it to the stand.
All have been completed and the time to re-assemble the carburetor. Do not forget to set the fuel mixture setting back.
