1 10000 mf 50V capacitor size 2 pieces.
2 Cables to taste (2 colors black and red)
3. electrical tape
4. Cable burn in the size of cable
5. Solder + tin taste
6 Glue fuel
7 Scissors

Step Work:
1 Compose a capacitor in parallel as shown below
The second parallel capacitor, connect + with + (red wire), - with - on the capacitor (black wire) using solder, do not forget the fuel cap cord or tape.
2 Charge the battery before the charger for 10 minutes
