Yeis tube serves to store the gas exchange and send it back into the intake manifold. The way it works is easy. Yeis it will be sucked up the vacuum and when the gas suddenly closed, the vacuum will suck the gas fog. Fog in the suction gas will be back when gas was opened.
The advantage of using YEIS is fuel efficiency despite the relatively small impact. YEIS itself was created for 2-stroke engine, but the development can also be applied to the motor 4 stroke.
Let us make your own tube for motorcycle Yeis us!
1 Prepare materials to be used
Glass bottles with a volume at least equal to the CC motorcycle (bigger size for low speed and smaller size / equal to the lap top)
- Gasoline hose
- Glue to connect
- Manifold with hose napple for Yeis
2 Make a glass bottle with a hose connection and attach with glue until there are no leaks.
3 Make a bottle holder that can be placed and not easily separated from the motorcycle. You can make like mine by using a wire wrapped around a wire or can be directly connected to the frame. Be careful bottles clashed with the order! Give scrap tire rubber that is no obstacle so the bottle does not break.
4 Install and test on your motorcycle. Ensure all enclosed and in good condition.
Good results if there are no leaks either in bottles, hoses, and intake manifold. Try opening the gas to slowly escape. If the visible mist of gasoline makes it Yeis you have succeeded.
