Tips on Motorcycle Clutch Sets

Usually when gear bike in a sense already bad we will hurry to replace the clutch lining.
Normally this coupling age 24,000 miles. In order to save costs would be helpful to know how to set it to fit. For Yamaha located on the left, for Honda and Suzuki, etc.. on the right.
Here are tips on setting the clutch on a motorcycle.
equipment:
1 Key number 10-14 (because there is a different brand each)
2 screwdriver Screwdriver + or -
Step adjustment:
1 Loosen the lock nut bolts with lock clutch setting ring to the left to loose.


2 Turn the adjusting screw to the right (clockwise) until you feel no touch, then turn back to the left to get stuck (there was a touch) and stop.
3 Turn the adjusting screw to the right as much as 1/4 - 1/8 round.
4 Tighten the locking nut to the right until the adjusting bolt is locked.
5 Check the results of the adjustment, by means of:

     Turn on the machine,
     Enter the gear in 1st gear and hold the pedal gear
     Turn the gas up to a quarter turn or approximately 1000-2000 RPM
     Note the rear wheels, when stationary or free, meaning that adjustment made​​, if it continues to spin, then adjustment is not appropriate, then the steps above must be repeated.
