Determining the formula Venturi Carburetor

Posted by

How to determine the carburetor venturi ....? Adjust the RPM at which peak power is already ported to the width of your design.

The formula, v = 0.65 x root (cylinder capacity in liters x peak rpm)
or,
v = K x (CxN)

with:
v = Venturi carburetor
K = rate constant, which is suitable for daily is 0.65 (the limit is 0.6-0.9 K)
C = cylinder capacity in liters
N = the peak RPM

EXAMPLES
When bajaj we already bore up + stroke up to 240 cc, then the carburetor is suitable to run motor still kick up to 10,000 RPM are:
root v = 0.65 x (0.24 x 10,000)
v = 0.65 x root (2400)
v = 0.65 x 48.98
v = 31.84
v = 32 mm
Why, it's easy anyway, just change the carburetor diameter 32 mm ..? Buy direct 32mm, expensive! To be less expensive but still tight, buy carburetor pe28mm, then in reamer OUT !!! Could be 32 mm.
