How To Distinguish New Tire Compound

Posted by

There are easy ways to distinguish compound tires that have a hard, medium and soft. First of all we try to figure out how to differentiate tires of compound. The trick is not difficult, simply use our organs which the fingernail. You do this by pressing or striking the surface of the tire with a vengeance with the use of nails. Well pressed immediately after release, it will leave scars, palpate the scar!

If the mark in and mark will not go away or longer loss certainly has a soft compound tire (soft).
If the scars are not too deep and the loss of the former slightly faster air means the medium compound tires.
If it does not leave marks or scars shallow and quick to disappear then surely these tires have a hard compound (hard).

The way it can only be applied in the new tires. When applied to a tire that has a long, of course, the result will not be exact because the average tire has expired or will harden within a certain period.
