In / Out Valve Replacement

Posted by

Valve replacement is usually done to optimize the specification changes and ported combustion chamber. The size of the valve in and out very dependent ideal bore the value of a machine. Presented in the following simple formula:
Inlet Valve = 0.55 to 0.57 * bore (apply for a hemisphere-shaped combustion chamber)

Inlet Valve = 0.5 * bore (apply for a bathtub-shaped combustion chamber)
Exhaust Valve = 0.8 * inlet valve
The consequence of this is the replacement valve, if changes in the diameter of the valve exceeds the safe limits of the recommended specifications, it must be a change in position of the valve, whether done by harbored deeper valve position, or change the angle of the valve seat, and others, which of course also will change the condition of the cylinder head adjusts to changes in the position of the valve.
