Replacing Connecting Rod / Stang Seker Yamaha Jupiter

Stang piston or connecting rod, which is often abbreviated Conrod, a slow component wear. The cause could be from the age factor, the compression ratio is too high, detonation, lack of lubrication, or mistake / error. For example, Jupiter is the motor of my own in 2001. Stang piston jammed and can not rotate normally, so that the piston is not able to move smoothly. The reason is due to the detonation of a high compression ratio without balanced with high octane fuel.
The way to replace it is as follows.
1 Prepare conrod kit / piston kit handlebar
For a long variant of Jupiter, or Crypton and Vega. However, big pen Jupiter larger than Jupiter, so it needs crankshaft lathe. To overcome these problems, then I trust NPP condrod kit.
2 Halve the engine / Overhoule
To remove asnya crutches, then we should do overhoule alias down and broke the machine. For this step can be done in the workshop of trust, or good if you are able to do it alone because we are able to minimize the cost of unloading.
3 Bring to turner
Bring as crutches / crankshaft and conrod kits are new to the turner. There would be released big old pen and handlebar new piston kit will replace it. Perform balancing as crutches if necessary.
