Valve Technology (Valve)

1 Hard Chrome Plating Valve
Valve with this technology usually used to machine with high performance because it has a valve stem with a low coefficient of friction, the surface is hard and resistant to wear. Hard chrome offers the best choice for extreme engine applications by providing higher lubricity space and better heat transfer from the valve stem.
2 Sodium-Filled Hollow Stem Valves
This valve has a cavity that serves to transfer heat from the valve leaves to all parts of the valve by using sodium as an intermediary which is placed in the cavity. Because the shape is hollow so as to reduce its weight to 20%. However, the sodium inside the cavity will turn into a dangerous gas if exposed to temperatures above 1650ÂșC.

3 Bimetallic Valves Forged
Bimetallic valve is one of the advanced valve for valve applications that used to work at extreme temperatures higher temperatures. Bimetallic valve basically made of two steel rods of different alloy materials that are fused together by welding two pieces into a single component. Valve manufacturing method is the only method recommended for valve applications airplanes.
4 Titanium Valve
The material is very lightweight and strong. Fluctuations in temperature between the air intake and exhaust gas becomes lower. Usually for a machine that has the character of high rpm.
5. Coating Valve
Valve coatings can increase the surface hardness of the valve components in the leaves up to 30 to 40 percent. The biggest advantage in using Coating Valve, thermal Coatings can help to reduce the temperature of 100 to 200 degrees.
