Skep function in the carburetor needle is great regulator / small hole on the carburetor bowl. Skepticism needle diameter gets smaller as you go down. To set no retaining clip as high / low needle skepticism closing hole of the carburetor bowl.
The measures set:
1 Open the cable portion of gas alone.
2 Remove the Skep of Carburetor
3 Remove the throttle cable from Skep
4 Press Skep Needle from bottom to top
5. Change clip with removing and installing again in a different number
