CYLINDER HEAD INSPECTION.
Camshaft.
Rotate the outer part of the cam shaft bearings with outer radii of this section must rotate smoothly without noise. Also check that the bearing inner ring is in a state attached tightly to the ridge axis. Replace camshaft if the outer bearing can not rotate smoothly and without noise, or not securely fastened to the ridge axis.
Use a micrometer to measure the height of each ridge.
SERVICE LIMITS
SIGN 26.26 mm
EXHAUST 26.00 mm
Ridge decompression.
Rotate the cam decompression with fingers. Make sure that the ridge decompression can only rotate clockwise only and can not rotate counter-clockwise. If the ridge decompression damaged, replace the camshaft as a whole.
Check the retaining plate to the presence of damage. Replace if necessary.
Cylinder head.
Dispose of carbon crusts from the combustion chamber.
Check the spark plug hole and surrounding areas
valve from the presence of cracks.

NOTE: Do not damage the gasket surface.
Check the cylinder head to a change in shape with a measuring ruler and a tongue measuring straightness.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0.05 mm
Woodpecker.
Check the surface of the trigger of wear or damage. Also check the oil holes are clogged not there.
Note: If the trigger requires service or replacement, check the ridge against scratches, piece-potonganatau flat spots due keausan.Ukur inside diameter of the trigger. SERVICE LIMITS: 10.10 mm
Check the trigger pivots of any wear / damage.
Measure the outside diameter of the shaft trigger.
SERVICE LIMITS: 9.91 mm
VALVE.
Check each valve to the rocking, the state burned, scratches or abnormal wear of the valve stem. Check the movement of the valve on the valve boss, measure and record
outer diameter of each valve stem.
SERVICE LIMITS: SIGN / WASTE: 4.92 mm
Reamerlah bosses valve to release the crust - carbon crust before checking the distances estrangement. Enter the reamer from the top of the combustion chamber and always rotate the reamer clockwise unidirectional.
KEY TOOL
Valve guide reamer 07 984 - MA60001.
Valve spring.
Measure the free length of the spring outside and inside the valve.
SERVICE LIMITS:
In: 30.9 mm
Outside: 34.0 mm
Replace the springs if the length is less than the above limit.
SERVICE LIMITS: 10.10 mm
BOS VALVE (Valve Guide).
Measure and record the diameter of each boss klep.BATAS SERVICE: SIGN / WASTE: 5.03 mm
Cut the outer diameter of each of the valve stem diameter of the valve boss.
To obtain a tenuous distance between the valve stem and the boss.
SERVICE LIMITS
Login: 0.08 mm
Discard: 0.10 mm
If the distance estrangement between the valve stem and valve boss is outside the limits, determine whether the installation of a new valve boss with standard size will create a rift distances are within the allowable limits. If so, replace the valve boss and reamer to fit.
If the distance estrangement between the valve stem and valve boss was out of bounds after being replaced with a new boss, replace the valves and his bosses with a new one.
Note: if the boss Sekir valve seat valve replaced.
BOS VALVE REPLACEMENT.
Refrigerate boss valve replacement in the ice maker in the refrigerator for approximately one hour. Heat the cylinder head up to 100-150 ° C in an oven.
CAUTION !! To avoid burning the hands, use thick gloves when holding the cylinder head that has been heated.
Topang kepala silinder dan dorong keluar bos klep dari bagian atas ruang bakar.
ALAT PERKAKAS :
Valve guide driver 5,0 mm 07942 - MA60000
Push the top bosses of the cylinder head.
TOOLS TOOLS:
Valve guide driver 5.0 mm 07 942 - MA60000. Let the cylinder head to cool until it reaches room temperature.
Reamerlah new valve boss after installation. Enter the reamer from the top of the combustion chamber and always rotate in the direction of the reamer clockwise.
TOOLS TOOLS:
Valve guide reamer 07 984 - MA60001
Use oil on the lathe reamer during this work. Clean the cylinder head thoroughly to get the pieces of metal there. Skir valve seat (see below).
CHECKING THE VALVE HOLDER / skir.
Clean the incoming and exhaust valves thoroughly to get rid of carbon crusts.
Spread with a thin marker (Prussian Blue) on the valve seat-holder. Turn the valves on the holder using a rubber hose or other rotator.
Remove and check the valves.
NOTE: The valve can not be in skir. If the valve is burnt or worn surfaces or contact with the valve seat is not regular, replace the valve with a new one.
Check the width of each of the valve seat.
STANDARD: 1.0 mm
SERVICE LIMITS: 1.6 mm
If the seat is too wide, too narrow or have areas that are too low, the valve seat must be in skir.
SURFACE smoothing VALVE HOLDER.
Valve seat cutting tools or other equipment for skir valve is recommended to be used to correct the valve seat wear.
NOTE
Follow the manufacturer of the equipment working than the valve seat workmanship.
Use 45 ° cutter to get rid of roughness or irregularity of the valve seat.
NOTE
Skir valve seat with 45 ° cutter if the boss valve replaced.
Use 32 ° cutter to dispose quarter of the current valve seat material.
Use 60 ° cutter to get rid of the bottom quarter of the old valve seat.
Remove the cutter and check the area that has been in skir.
By using a 45 ° cutter, cut the valve seat until it reaches the appropriate width.
STANDARD: 1.0 mm
NOTE
Make sure that all holes and uneven surface which has been removed. Repeat job if necessary.
Coat the valve seat with a thin layer of liquid marker spoiler (Prussian Blue). Insert the valve
through the valve boss until it touches the valve seat and make a clear pattern of the contact area.
NOTE
The placement of the valve seat against the valve leaf is very important to obtain sealing
which is good.
If the contact area is too high on the valve, the seat must be scaled by using a cutting tool with a flat angle of 32 °.
If the contact area is too low on the valve, the seat must be raised by using a cutting tool in a 60 ° (60 ° inner cutter).
Work holder according to specifications using cutting end 45 ° (45 ° finish cutter).
After cutting the valve seat, the valve seal surface with emery, natural leaves and skir valve using light pressure.
Once completed menskir, emery, natural wash remnants of the cylinder head and valve.
NOTE
Be careful not to go emery between the valve stem and valve boss.
